Advertising disclosure: one tracked link, and what it pays for

Every link that opens Springbok goes through the same tracked address on link.springbokcasino.co.za. That covers the gold buttons, the header button, the bar at the bottom of the screen on phones, the slot artwork tiles and the "Go to Springbok Casino" link in the footer.

• Each of those links is marked as sponsored for search engines and opens in a new tab.
• Buttons that also copy a coupon say so: tapping one puts the code on your clipboard before Springbok opens.
• Links to help services, to Springbok's own terms pages in our source lists, and between pages of this guide are ordinary links that earn nothing.

Partly, and it is fairer to say how. The commission is why this guide covers Springbok and no other brand, and why most pages end with the steps to claim the chip.

It does not decide the facts. The playthrough and the cash-out cap sit next to every code, even though they make the chip look smaller than its headline. Where Springbok's pages contradict each other, both figures are shown. And the gambling help page carries no offer, no code and no bonus button.

No. The site carries no adverts and no links for any other casino, and there are no paid placements or sponsored lists. The words on these pages are written for this site; they are not Springbok's advertising copy, although its logos and artwork are used to show which brand the guide is about.
